Return Policy
1. Returns - Restocking Fee
Within 30 days from Purchase
Returns are accepted for the full product credit if received at our warehouse within 30 days form the date of purchase.
After 30 days
A minimum restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all returns over 30 days from the date of purchase.
After 60 days
Merchandise returns are not accepted after 60 days from the date of purchase.
2. Shipping cost
Please keep in mind that refunds will not include reimbursing of the original shipping fees.
3. Return Procedures – get an RMA
Please call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-611-7013.
Or send an email to customerservice@discountseniorsupply.com with your order number to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
A Return Authorization Number is valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.
4. Not Accepted without a Return Authorization Number (RMA)
A return without an Authorized Number or an expired Authorization Number will not be accepted. Return merchandise must be in the same unit of measure as originally purchased.
Please write the Return Authorization Number on a prepaid shipping label and return merchandise with 10 business days to the appropriate warehouse as instructed by customer support.
5. Return Condition
Refunds will not be granted for merchandise unsuitable for resale.
Merchandise must be inoriginal packaging and is subject to inspection. Merchandise that has been marked, affixed with stickers or with crushed packaging will not be accepted.
6. Product Shortages
Any product shortage must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Shortages must be documented on Delivery Receipt.
7. Other terms
Sterile items, incontinence, underwear, etc and product that are made unsuitable for resale once opened are not returnable.
Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturer’s policy.
Close-out and Special Orders are not returnable.
